Jake is a former two sport NCAA athlete (ice hockey & tennis) at Becker College where he earned his Bachelors in Exercise Science.  He went on to continue his education at CNI college to earn his Massage Therapy License, American Career College where he received his Associates in Physical Therapist Assistant, and Logan University where he earned his Masters of Science in Sports Rehabilitation. Jake believes in incorporating advanced tissue work with strength and conditioning to take his patients and athletes from post-op rehabilitation, to elite sport performance, and everywhere in between. He has worked with a wide demographics of patients; from nursing homes to olympic athletes. Jake has a strong passion for health/wellness, and fitness. His hobbies include: hockey, tennis, surfing, snowboarding, rock climbing, obstacle course races, circuit training, weight lifting, camping, hiking, skydiving, motorcycles, and anything relating to outdoors and fitness.

Matt Olaya, BS, NASM- CPT

Matt Olaya is a former Division I, four-year collegiate swimmer, Bachelor's in Kinesiology with 10 years of personal training experience. I am passionate about educating everyone on the benefits of being physically fit and understanding the importance of maintaining a consistent exercise routine through commitment, balance, open-mindedness and moderation. I bring experience, knowledge and an active pursuit of the latest in the field of fitness. With each new client I begin by addressing any concerns and discussing their exercise goals. Each workout program is customized to the individual with a variety of options to ensure there is a balance between strength, coordination, core, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance. I provide effective explanations that are clear and concise and provide guidance and inspiration to everyone. Working out should be a positive experience that is fun and upbeat.

Michael Sen, DC

Dr. Michael Sen was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. He graduated from the Logan College of Chiropractic in Chesterfield, Missouri in 2012. There he received his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He also received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Illinois at Chicago. He is National Board Certified and licensed by California Board of Chiropractic Examiners.  He is one of the founders of Total Motion that originated in Huntington Beach, California with his best friend Jake Gilbert, PTA.  Dr. Mike practiced in Orange County for 6 years before deciding to move back to St. Louis to provide quality care to St. Louisans.

Dr. Mike believes that helping patients maintain their spinal health will allow them to maximize the body's ability to move and promotes quality of life.  Dr. Mike works in concert with physical therapy, spinal decompression, massage therapy and other modalities to restore mobility of your spine through concentrated, specialized spinal treatments, such as manipulation, decompression, stretching, and massage therapy to improve and restore your body's movement.

Dr. Sen, his wife and their new baby girl are very active in their daily lives. They are often found going on extensive hikes in St. Louis or California, playing sand volleyball with friends, or road biking around town. Although their baby is not able to join in most actives, she loves to watch her parents be active! They also can be found cheering on the Ducks, Angels and Lakers!
