I have been to several physical therapy locations, seeing a pain management doctor and getting injections once a month and still live in total pain. Yesterday I decided to go see Jake at Total Motion and cannot believe the difference he made for me. After just one session, I have more mobility and almost pain free today. Jake gave me stretches to do daily and I cannot express enough that for the first time in years, I can walk straight, get up from a sitting position without struggle and just feel better all around. I cannot wait for next session and getting back to feeling like a normal person again. Take my word, go see Jake and do not waste your money on pain management doctors or other physical therapists. Jake took his time, explained everything and has me walking and feeling way better than anyone has been able to do after just one visit. Thank you Jake and Total Motion!!!! We are active seniors with the need for flexibility and agility. Jake is knowledgeable, listens and uses his techniques and intuitive movements to slowly increase range of motion. Additionally ,he offers some exercise homework. Jake uses various modalities and equipment to achieve the desired improvements. Each session is a hands-on full program for the areas of concern. His massage therapist is outstanding as well and complements Jake's treatment methods. We are extremely pleased to have found Total Motions and have become repeat clients.
